What is Training Haven?
Training Haven is an online platform providing state-compliant training courses, certifications, and assessments for all staff of Agencies and Group Homes. We streamline training management for both small and large agencies.
Who is Training Haven designed for?
Our platform is designed for licensed Agency Group Homes who are responsible for meeting ongoing training requirements for children under their care.
Are the trainings compliant with state and federal regulations?
Yes. Training Haven develops training content aligned with state statutes, agency licensing requirements, and federally recommended practices. Courses are updated regularly to maintain compliance.
Account & Access
How do I create an account?
Visit traininghaven.com and select “Sign Up.” Follow the instructions to create an individual or agency account.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password via email.
Can agencies create accounts for multiple employees?
Yes. Agencies can create master accounts and enroll multiple employees. Agency administrators can monitor training progress and compliance records.
Can I track staff training progress and certificates?
Yes. Both individual users and agency administrators can view completed courses, certificates, and progress reports from their dashboard.
Training Content & Certifications
What types of training are offered?
We offer courses covering mandatory reporting, behavior management, child exploitation awareness, initial wellness screening, and other state-mandated topics for childcare and group home staff. More topics are added regularly. Click here for our complete Course List.
Are your courses approved or recognized by state agencies?
Yes. Our courses meet the content and documentation requirements of regulatory agencies specifically for Arizona. While direct state “approval” depends on each agency’s process, our training courses are designed to align with accepted standards nationally.
How often are the courses updated to reflect new regulations?
Courses are reviewed and updated annually, or sooner if new regulations are issued that affect training content
Do I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes. A certificate is automatically generated and available for download upon successfully completing each course and assessment.
Purchasing & Payment
What are the pricing options?
We offer individual course purchases and per seat subscription packages for agencies. Enterprise pricing discounts are available for organizations with over 100 employees.
Can I purchase training individually or as a package?
Yes. You can purchase individual courses or if you are an Arizona Agency Group Home you can subscribe to utilize our platform designed specifically for Arizona Department of Child Safety requirements.
Do you offer bulk or agency discounts?
Yes. Agencies enrolling multiple staff members can receive discounted rates. There are four discount plans based on the amount of employees. For Agencies with over 100 employees please contact us for a custom quote.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards automated within our the training system. For enterprise agencies, invoicing will be available.
How long is the subscription for?
Arizona Department of Child Safety regulates training on a calendar year starting in January. Each subscription is for the current year and all trainings are made available in the year the training is purchased. Renewals are charged annually in January for the start of the new calendar training year.
Compliance & Reporting
Will my agency be able to access staff training reports?
Yes. Agency administrators have access to dashboards showing staff training completion, scores, and certificate records.
Can reports be shared with licensing or oversight agencies?
Yes. Administrators can download required training forms or grant agency access to verify compliance when requested.
How long are training records retained?
Training records and certificates are retained for at least three previous years or as long as the Agency stays subscribed to Training Haven.
Technical Support
I can’t log into my account — what should I do?
Please use the “Forgot Password” option or contact our support team at support@traininghaven.com for assistance.
My training progress didn’t save — how do I fix this?
First, verify that you are using a compatible browser and have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, contact our technical support team.
Which devices and browsers are supported?
Training Haven works with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel a training purchase?
Please contact customer support. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, especially for courses not yet started.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds may be issued if a course has not been accessed or if a technical issue prevents course completion and cannot be resolved.
Security & Privacy
How is my personal information protected?
Training Haven uses industry-standard encryption and secure data storage practices. We do not sell or share your personal data except as required for regulatory reporting or essential service functions.
Do you share my data with third parties?
Only with third-party service providers necessary for delivering our services (e.g., payment processors) and authorized agencies if required by law.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Contact support@traininghaven.com to request deletion of your data.
Customization & Agency Features
Can agencies upload their own training?
Yes. Agencies can upload custom training materials subject to platform compatibility and content guidelines.
Do you provide onboarding support for large agencies?
Yes. We offer onboarding assistance, including account setup, staff import, and administrator training for all annual agency subscriptions.
