“Training Haven has transformed how we prepare our staff. The courses are clear, relevant, and genuinely engaging — not just check-the-box training. They provide a strong foundation for our in-person sessions while fully meeting state requirements and compliance.”

“As the person responsible for tracking staff training, keeping up with DCS requirements, and pulling reports for audits, I’m honestly relieved to have Training Haven. It meets every Arizona DCS standard, issues certificates automatically, and the reporting tools make it so much easier to stay organized. For the first time, compliance and quality training are all in one place.”
“When we first moved in as new house parents, everything felt a little overwhelming — so much to learn, so many responsibilities. The Training Haven courses made a huge difference. Each module broke things down clearly and helped us understand not just what to do, but why it matters. We also loved the flexibility — we could review lessons anytime on our computer, iPad, or phone. By the time we finished our first 90 days, we felt confident, supported, and truly ready for the kids in our care.”
